If it Aint You Today it Will Be You Tomorrow - ft Serj Tankian (KMFDM Remix) 2. Some of their songs sound good and I hear that they put on a cool show, but their excuse for the use of the n-word is what's wrong. And the bike and the fetus A sampler of the sound of the Filipino diaspora, and a field guide to finding defiant happiness even (or especially) as the world burns. My friend listens to them...She invited me to go with her...Their fans are assholes... How do some of you guys pick your friends? You kinda took each thing out of context, though. Cookies help us deliver our Services. Literally the worst cover of a method man song i've heard in my life.
To make matters worse, they have a song called 'Dickface' where they say 'niggers and negroes'. TL;DR: I'm trying to cancel a white rock band's performance in my city.
Frankenstein Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy. Lyrically, the track addresses the reactionary sensitivity present in the current political climate as a response to the global rise of fascism.
I decided to just let it go. I remember being soooooooooooo in to MSI. I also noticed they did a cover of Method Man's 'Bring the Pain' and kept most of the original lyrics, but substituted one word for 'monkey'. Press question mark to learn the rest of the keyboard shortcuts. As for 'gaining popularity', oh no, they've been around a long time.
My friend listens to them, but I don't think she got around listening many of their songs.
[Original Version] The lead singer's whack ass excuse for using that word is just...ughhh. This is a great album, i like the dark atmosphere, and as usual the great ending. Oh man, I came in thinking this was gonna be about NoN/Boyd Rice or Death in June.
The white, the wall plaster, it never catch on Limited to 500 copies, Limited edition Purple pressing. Know what I'm sayin'? Their tickets were dirt cheap (like $15) and are now $35. Is their anyway to get this shit cancelled? That would end up biting me shortly after. WTF! Can I just go to a rock concert for some good music, sit back in the balcony seats and sip my drink as I watch folks act a fool in the mosh pit, without the band being an ass? I'm also pissed that they are gaining popularity. I will gladly reveal myself to them and have no problem saying it to their face, their manager's face, etc. You should alert some popular anti-racist and poc tumblrs and other blogs about this with the city event info and racist lyrical proof.
I would wager that like...Insane Clown Posse is more culturally relevant than MSI. Thanks, though! I'm not going to see them. And the pink in the walls It's called Mindless Self Indulgence.

Be eatin' pussy Hearing that a lot of people disapprove of them playing in your town (especially local people, who are more effectively able to vote with their dollar compared to someone in another state or country) would make the most impact.
'cause the white wall never catch on. What's worse is that eventually black folks will move on to create something else because we'll get sick of seeing them fuck it up so horribly and they'll practically own it, just like 'rock' music. Did you notice the use of the n-word?

Mindless Self Indulgence (often shortened to MSI) is an American electropunk band formed in New York City in 1997. Their music has a mixed style which includes punk rock, alternative rock, electronica, techno, industrial, hip hop, and breakbeat hardcore.
History[edit]
Between 1987 and 1996, Jimmy Urine recorded about 35 songs which varied in musical style, usually settling in an industrial/electronic punk style. These songs were recorded alone by Urine in New York City using rudimentary equipment. Urine released an album titled Mindless Self-Indulgence, featuring Steve, Righ?, on 'Bed of Roses', which featured songs performed in an industrial style akin to Nine Inch Nails.[1]
According to the band's website, their first live concert was on November 5, 1998.[2]
In 1997, Urine recorded a cover of Method Man's 'Bring the Pain' that was made by merging six different styles of the same cover into one song. This became the basis for the Mindless Self Indulgence sound. Shortly after, the current band was formed when Jimmy Urine was joined by Steve, Righ? on guitar, Urine's brother Markus Euringer on second guitar (replaced by bassist Vanessa Y.T., who was subsequently replaced by bassist Lyn-Z), and Urine's cousin[3] Kitty on drums. They have released five albums, two EPs, one live album, and one live DVD. Rather than signing traditional record contracts, the band has licensed most of their albums to record labels, retaining ownership of the music.
In summer of 2007, the band toured as part of the Revolution Stage of Projekt Revolution, a music festival hosted by Linkin Park.[4] In January 2009, the band headlined the Kerrang! Relentless Energy Drink tour.[5]
In December 2010, they released a comic titled Adventures Into Mindless Self Indulgence about various tour stories and significant moments of the band's career.[6] The band released a remastered CD/DVD version of their first full-length album, Tight, in 2011, titled Tighter. It included bonus tracks and recordings from their early days. On October 25, 2012, the band announced their fifth album via a Kickstarter campaign.[7]How I Learned to Stop Giving a Shit and Love Mindless Self Indulgence was released in May 2013, following with the release of singles 'It Gets Worse' in December and 'Fuck Machine' in January 2014. Later in January 2014, the band announced that they would be taking a hiatus.[8][9][10]
On September 18, 2015, Mindless Self Indulgence released Pink, a collection of 19 songs recorded between 1990 and 1997 by Urine. The album includes cut-down and remastered versions of songs from the self-titled album, an audio diary recorded by Urine from July 1992, and covers of Depeche Mode's 'Personal Jesus' and Duran Duran's 'Girls on Film'.[11]
